I think I've seen one in the J&P Catalog as well...

Thanks for all the advice & info...
I decided to use the 'Burly Lowering Kit' (Drag Specialties-Part# 1304-0091)

This way I have the same amount of shock travel & NO problems with saddle bag clearance.
The lean angle is fine since I only lowered the rear so far. Next will be a 'Progressive' front kit,
then I will have to use the jiffy stand wedge that 'grc' recommended.

Got this new on eBay for less than a $100.

Barely took 1/2 hr to install.
I guess beer:30  :drink: comes early today!

That looks like a nice piece. You'll have to let us know how much stiffer the ride is.

I sure will.

Taking a ride into Cajun country to get some gumbo & crawfish étouffee. About 80mi of twisty backroads! (& potholes  :-[)

the answer to your question is: you should either change the jiffy stand to a shorter one or use a 'wedge' under the stock jiffy stand to put the scooter back on a correct 'lean angle'.  If you don't, it will stand up too straight and be at risk for high-siding....from someone bumping against it or even a strong wind gust.  I've always used the chrome wedge on all lowered bikes.  Easy and cheap!  ::) har!  :drink: spyder

yep - took the words off the tips of my fingers.  If you lower the bike, change the jiffy stand or add the wedge - lots of folks sell the wedge and it a pretty simple add-on.  Pretty risky to not change one or the other.

Ok, 83 mi last night. Got some great cajun/creole food (if ya care).
The suspension with the lowering blocks performed perfectly.
Some winding roads & bumps, no freeway, but speeds up to 75mph.
Tried some deep corners to see if the pipes or floorboards would scrape, no dice.

Tried it with 3 different amounts of air in the shocks for comparison, felt good at all levels.
Still no clearance issues on the saddle bags, even with some hard bumps & potholes.

The bike's lean is fine with just the rear being lowered. At no time was I nervous while it was on the jiffy stand in an un-even parking lot.

I've got Legends on my bike, which lower the rear up to 3 inches, and have no problems with the bike on the jiffy stand, but my front end is not lowered.  If/when you lower the front, it might be more of an issue.
