Freja,

For those that may have used this cam they will probably want to ask which motor it is going to go in and do you have at least .609 lift clearance on your valves as well as overlap clearance?   Have heard its a high reving cam, but havent tried it.   It is the cam of choice that comes in the stage 2 110 kit for the 110.

Freja,
I had the 260 in may 103 with ported heads and 10.0.1 comp and thought it was great!  It had more roll on power down low than I was expecting I was told I would lose that for top end but it ran great from 2000rpm and up.

Freja, I am looking at a similar upgrade, have seen one done that got 120's hp but torque didn't change that much. I am interested about 260 verses 251 cam. I need the torque 2k-4500 as I will be pulling a tent trailer eventually. I was recommended the 251 but would like to hear opinion's from the experienced wrenches here.

Yes, I will mine is going in next Tuesday so the heads can go to Baisley, turn around on the heads is 3-4 weeks so yours will probably be done much sooner. But will report as soon as finished. I'm just hoping no problems so we don't miss Nelson. So would like to hear how yours turns out.

Well, dropped off the bike last night now it's hurry up and wait. Should be 3-4 weeks, will report as soon as I get some news. Time to get out the old wide glide and let her rip. Anyway just got back from Idaho trip, oil temp in traffic got up as far as 272. Outside temps were mid 90's. Sure hope she runs cooler after the new mods.

Update, Just got off the phone with sm and message from Mike Stegman. Rocker boxes had a slight amount of contact which will be taken care of. The pinion runout measurement was just a hair under 6 thou, which they said was within spec so no need for replacement or repair. Heads coming back from Baisley, Monday or Tuesday and they are doing what they can so I will have the bike back to put some miles before leaving for Nelson. Fingers are crossed. Any comments about the pinion measurement from the experts on this site welcome.

Rooster which port type job  is Baisley doing on your heads?  A guy I know locally just did a 95 with the pro heads and the bike runs fantastic.
