Does he match the leafing graphics as well?  If so please try to get some pics (particularly the red) to post.  I've been wanting the Hoppe for awhile for those long trips but I sure want it to match!

Hey Jim, how ya doing? He's doing the leaf graphics on mine. Gene's not really a computer dude. He's trying to get his daughter to get some progress pics of my bags to me. But I'll put of my bags up when I get them back, and see if he has any red pics as well. He's Paint By Gene in Federal Way, WA; 253-874-5073. Give him a call and discuss it. He's a great guy. got the fairing hooked up when I got home from work.  didn't really take that long. I kind of like it with the bra on. matches the bags and tourpak.

if I get it painted,,, I might never take it off,,, and I do like having the choice to switch back and forth to my red memphis shade, and I like riding without one.

test rode it.  strange having tunes. I LIKE IT.

I'll take some pics tomorrow after work,, too dark now.

How was the stability with the quick release? Any unusual buffeting, etc.?

NO.

they give you stainless washers to replace the rubber stock ones.  you just have to loosen the nuts a tad till the shield drops in place,, then tighten.  very easy, and your stock shield will work with these.

last one.   I honestly think I'm going to leave it like this and not paint it.  blends real nice with bags and pak, and I don't intend on keeping it on all the time.
just have to see if I can find turn signal brackets to lower mine about 1 inch, so they show a little.

Looks good Dennis (for an FD! ::) ;D )  It's nice to have an FD that turns into a RK, if you like travelling on an FD. HD should make the SEUC's that way!

Did you think about installing the SG Aux Light Bracket and relocate the TS beneath the spots? Just a thought.
