   look at the pic where the black part of georges rack meets the shinny part the is a L there it looks like mine the black part is up. on yours it looks like it is down. one of us has this thing on up side down.   I think......

ok, look between the set and the tp, you can see both the chrome rack and georges rack, where they fit together do you have round on round, or round on square?

No... That's the way I have it. "polished side" is up. The tube where the inside TP screws go is up and correct.

I'll take more pix when I'm on the road tomorrow.

well......... was she the one readin the directions?????? if not your screwed!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D hey it will most likley work better if its turned the other way!!!! aint near as hard to install either!!!! ::) ::) ::)

When we installed George's kit I had my BSR pick out a windshield bag for detachable windshields, ST's, RK's etc.  We found that it fits the space really well and provides instant access for her contact lens stuff, phone.  When we stop, she just uses it as a small purse.

 I installed mine the other day with no problems.  I was very impressed with the quality of the parts.  George is a stand-up guy.  Nice to do business with people like that.  ;D

That is a good idea & handy - a windshied bag for the "new" space.  Will look into that - thanks for posting the tip.
