That post forced me to suffer an injury.  Pain, can't breathe, various substances coming from orifices I don't think they are supposed to come out of.  Need ambulance.  Help, now, please.
I called 911 for you
They are on their way.

I did my own cam swap on my 103 using the zippers 575 cams and the HD SE quick install push rods.  I used the quick install rods because I couldn't see going through the entire process of pulling the tank and breaking loose the rocker boxes just to drop in a set of stinkin push rods.  IMO the risk of creating a new issue (leak, etc) was greater then the benefit gained from having a slightly more stout push rod.  That said, the HD push rods leave a lot to be desired, they get kind of flimsly once they are extended to full length and have other weak points that GMR pointed out in his posting.  After seeing the push rods that GMR-Performance is using, I am trying to find a reason to tear back into my motor to swap to these.  They look to be a better engineered piece.  GMR-Performance, please keep posting on this site.  It is nice to have source of experience other then Zippers (and those that repeat everything Zippers says) on this board.

I may be mistaken, but that last post was one of your shortest that I could find. Please don't let assertive & challenging behavior lead you to an assumption of not being welcome or unappreciative for your expertise conveyed in detail. You write well enough, your hands on is far greater than I will achieve (I have none) and for your information, I have a tendency to read everything from certain members posts. You are one of them. Honest.

As always, it's your call. But as they say in the newspaper business (and others et al) "There's no such thing as 'Bad Press'".

IMHO,

For only $2, in Ciudad Acuna, you could have experienced it all in person.  Similar reaction, combined afterwards with a desire to drink muy cervesas fria.
