You also have the option of installing floorboards like those used on the FL Softail line. While H-D does not advertse that you can do it, it is a direct bolt-on swap.  I did it.)

       Did you put floorboards on a FXDSE? Can you give me any particulars, Part #'s, a picture of your setup, anything would help.

The stock floorboards from any recent FL Softail model will work.  I no longer have my Softail parts manual so I cannot provide you with the part numbers.  Any dealer can help you there.  I posted a picture in your original thread, here is a different one.
