Well, I bought all of the parts last year and didn't install them.  Well, I am ready now :)

It doesn't appear that it is necessary to remove the nacelle, correct me if I am wrong...

How do you remove the lower studs without damaging them.  I presume you cannot, it looks like you will have to put a vise-grip on them and twist them out.

I also was able to track the connector housing and correct Delphi pins for a plug-n-pray operation.

Any additional assistance is appreciated.

You do not remove the nacelle, only the heaadlight bucket.  To remove a stud, thread two nuts onto it, then tighten them against each other.  Put your wrench on the inner one and it will unscrew easily.
