Well guys, we had a great day! I really wish the mods had left the rest of the posts so we could have enjoyed in the harassment.

Susan & I took Chip & Nancy out to Hunting Island. We made it home just as a storm was hitting. The girls went up as Chip & I wiped down the bikes out in the garage. When we were done I had to carry up all the belonging along w/ Sassy's bag & hat. Go ahead Nancy I know you're dying to post it.

Great time had by all! Bft Water Festival is all week long if there are any other takers. I know Chief wants to come this weekend.

I forgot to mention that we got to meet King & Rod. They spotted us (Chip & Nancy & Sassy & I) on Bay St. and came over to the boat to watch the waterski & jetski show for a few minutes. They were on the SERK.

Oh, and to tell you what a good host I was, I had the new P&A catalog out for Chip when he got here.

Not only the 08 P&A catalog but also in the reading room (bathroom) he had the latest issue of American Bagger.
And when you visit AJ and Sassy there no leaving there hungry. A very good weekend!

The bike's gassed and tweaked. We're packed and ready to head out after work, just in time to hit that infamous Atlanta rush hour traffic.

We're really looking forward to meeting AJ, Susan and Shelby and having some fun, Low Country style.

AJ,

At this last minute I took a ride over there and would have sworn that I saw you twice today.  Once again 11:15am riding and the other after 12:10pm riding towards downtown on Boundary St.  I thought I had you number programed into the Blackberry but I was wrong.  I did not spend much time there since I needed to return to Savannah.

Hope you enjoyed it...Wish I could have spend more time there.

PS - You would not have recognized me on the bike I was riding since it was the black KLR I recently purchased.  I did see however a yellow SEV-Rod too.

Thank you to AJ & Sassy for opening your home and hearts to us. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend with you in Beaufort and look forward to having the opportunity to return the favor. We had a great time and felt like we had known you for years.

We played the perfect tourists, even taking the opportunity to jump off the bikes for pictures when we got stopped on one of the bridges on Sunday. I'm sure the locals had lots of fun watching us.
