Thanks for the heads up on the new dyno sheet. I compared with mine before the cam and it's just a little bit higher  then what I had between 2500 & 3500, and then flattens out after 4200 to 5000 and is alittle less.  I too am hoping for a better result.

took the bike out for a couple of nice rides this weekend.
the head work and cam change was worth every penny.
it's like riding a different bike. BIG seat of the pants difference.
definitley needs a remap. will post dyno results soon as its done.
probably have to wait another month.

i am very impatient, and had my bike dyno'd
the #'s are much better than they were, and the bike runs like an animal.
however, the graph posted by the dude from texas looks better.
in the summer i will bring it to an approved pc shop.
will post the dyno sheet soon as i get it scaned.
max power before 89.63/ after 98.3 - max torque before 92.91/ after 110.4
thats almost a 20% increase in torque and 10% in hp.
not too shabby.
at least now it runs like a 103!!!
i was sick of looking at dyno's of the 1550 kit with better #'s
i'll bet with a se-pro head & se pro piston change, this motor will make #'s at least 125/125.

Hey All,

I built my old 03 ultra up first to the 95 kit with the 211 then the 204 cam, then on to the 103 stroker with the 251 cam / heads ported and polished by Al Redmann in Florida.   The motor dyno'd 109 hp and 117 ft torque at the rear wheel on the dyno at Orlando Harley.   This was with a Barnett Clutch, White Brothers 2 into 1,  Baker R2 6 speed tranny, HD tuner, Zippers Fuel injection, and SE 21 tooth front gear on the motor.

However after the fact I had bought a Rivera Pro Clutch and it ran much better in the bike.  I never re dyno'd it as I traded it in for a new bike.

Hope this helps

21 tooth compensating sprocket (the front one in the primary) used for drag racing only.
25 tooth is stock on our bikes and for each tooth you take away add 300 RPM, so if you were at 3000 RPM @ 70 MPH (stock) you would now run about 4200 RPM @ 70 MPH (21 tooth)

I know, probably a dumb question.

If you add one tooth ,,, a 26 v/s a 25 would that drop you to 2700 @ 70 ?

Will it fit?
Is it made?
Will the 103 pull it?

Thanks Mr Mike

Wasn't sure if you understood the question.
And it turns out I didn't understand your answer.
