So what did you do today...

Hey guys I just got back from work, was a long day but got some good pics to show.  The Raptors are AWESOME but these F-16s are pretty nice too.  We were passing gas to them.  Hope you enjoy.

You mean fueling on the track?? Can you say KA-BOOM!!!! Just imagine a big fuel truck going around the track at 190+/- MPH with a boom hanging off the back to fuel cars. If they didn't run the truck in the wall the boom would get knocked off and there would be fuel all over the place. :nervous:

Awesome pics!  At least once a week I pack my scanner radio, a sandwich and a soda, ride up to the Springfield, OH airport, (Ohio Air National Guard location) park down at the SouthWest end (runway 24) and wait for the twins (two F-16's) to take off side by side.  If you love good sounding pipes there just isn't anything like these guys lifting off in full afterburner about 200 yards from your eardrums.  After they go practice somewhere else, they come back and usually do a bunch of "touch and go's".  I think they must be running 110" motors with really big improvements!  I have nothing but respect and admiration for you guys and girls that do this to protect our freedoms. A whole bunch of thanks.
