Did the Sreamin Eagle Insert for the 110 Air Cleaner Ever become reality

Way back, someone had requested the company that made the Eagle horn covers to make a matching insert for the factory SERK air cleaner.  If I remember, someone sent their insert to the company for fitment.  Did I miss something?

To this date heard nothing back from them.  No production that we know of.
