Normal these days is in a constant state of flux for me Rog...depends on what part of me has been strained, bent, or bruised the day before... ;)

Glad to hear you're able to get out and enjoy the day, regardless.  A day outside is always better than a day spent in the office... :2vrolijk_21:

My philosophy exactly :2vrolijk_21:

Rog, glad to hear Cindy and you are well.  Missed you when we came by Bellingham the other day.  Figured you were out working hard but by some of the previous posts I'll assume you were out "exercising" the knee.

I didn't realize until too late you guys were coming back through town.  I was out in eastern Washington I think, gardening.

Sorry to have missed seeing you.

Roger,
Sorry to be so far behind the 8-ball on this one, but glad to hear that you and Cindy are mending well.  Fortune was with you with the helmets.  I'm glad to see you chose to wear them.  I choose to wear one because one saved my life many moons ago.  Glad to hear that you're back in the wind and raring for another long ride.
Cheers :2vrolijk_21:,

Red and Nidan, thanks, nearly back to "good as new" still a bit on and off with the left knee but better each day.

Mostly normal activity, have to get the strength back, Montana elk hunting in September and that just isn't very far off now.
