Hey fellas - seems to me there was a thread a while ago addressing whether Darrell's  glove box cover would fit the '05 and if my memory serves me correctly (though usually suspect), I think the bottomline was that although the box itself is a new design, the covers fit.  I'll take a look at the '04 and '05 part catalog and see if stock p/n is the same for both years.  PJ

You are talking about 2 different critter when you talk 04 verses 05 they are differnt shapes and mount different I tried my 04 ones on the 05 vented lowers and they are not the sames and wouldn't fit without mods.

Yeah they are not the same I have both sets of lowers and the glove boxes for the 04 are just different enough that they won't fit.  Opening is slightly different on the 05 and the lip of the opening is not as deep on the 05 lowers. Hope that answers anyones questions.
