They didn't like the way the swoosh of the darker color was shaped and would track along the body of the trailer.  That it was continuing the patterns on the bike symmetrically and esthetically they could care less about it.  Said it wouldn't "reflect well on [their] work."

Told them it was their work and not their reflection I was worried about.  After a few minutes gentle conversation he did grudgingly agree to paint it how the person paying for it wanted it done.  He'd already said the price would change and, after not getting to paint it how he wanted, he couldn't be talked away from that position.

With that attitude and ethic I no longer really wanted them doing the work anyway.  So screw 'em.

Was helping out a campaign project once and had an intern attached named Wiznewski (sic?).  Bright kid.  Good aim too.  One of her shoes got me in the right ear after I'd made the same "these polls are revolting joke" for about the 15th time that day.
