henry, can you feel any midrange tq?
My apologies for taking so long to respond to your query, Dennis. Just came in from washing the green bike. Once I got her into the garage and started really looking at her, it became apparent that she's going right back in the shower first light. Told ya I'm a sick puppy!

Dennis, no worries, Brother. I know you busted your tail getting this build finished, and I know it wasn't easy, especially when you factor in what you went through. When Renea and I get back from MV, I'll change fluids, and give you a call to set up a date/time for you to finish what you need to do. We'll get through this.

The TQ comes in very early..........earlier than that to which I'm accustomed. Can't tell you what RPM or speed as I've put a little over 100 miles on the scoot so far, and most of that has been pure enjoyment and getting to know her all over again. Furthermore, Thumper is scarey quick now, so my eyes are fixed forward. Frankly, at this point, I'm not worried about much of anything except hanging on and enjoying the ride!!

She's a Screamer, that's for sure. Remember, I'm more of a calm rider as opposed to WFO, so I know I haven't come anywhere close to your 4000 RPM limit. I know what 3000 RPM sounds like, so I keep it there or lower and short shift. Need to finish washing the scoot in the morning, apply Glare, and detail her. Then I'll head to the gas station for a fill up and back home to pack the scoot for MV. We're leaving first light Thursday morning. Just thought you'd like to know Renea got a lump in her throat when I pulled up in the driveway this evening. She's really stoked about the transformation. I've seen my share of awesome bikes, but Thumper is the best yet. Of course, I'm VERY biased......I know she's not the quickest......but she IS quick!!!!!!
