My nipple cover is missing too. I think you could make them from the stuff used to dip tool handles into. That way, you could color-coordinate. Get a new bleeder screw to use as a dipping form and make a bunch because you'll probably loose them too.

Don't know how it happened, but when I was hard wiring my Zumo 550 to the bike last night I discovered a little black domed cap in the Zumo box. Don't know WTF it is for on the Zumo, but it fits that nipple like it was made for it.

Result.

I can now go out in public without getting pulled over for flashing !
