Well Opie just called me and asked if I was "ready to ride?"  I don't think he knows me very well.

We will leave home in the AM and I will ride the bike back home, finally.  We left home on Sunday, July 8th on our way to the International CVO Gathering of a lifetime in Nelson, BC starting July 16. Bike broke down just a few miles from destination and we had to drag er home in the back of a rental truck.  Dropped the bike off at Davis HD on July 27th.  What do you think?   :nixweiss:

Of course, the weather for tomorrow could not be worse - the forcast for the entire day is "Chance of Thunderstorms , Chance of Light Rain Showers" starting early in the day and lasting all day.  But you know, I will ride my bike home in the pouring rain rather than not have it at home at all anymore.    "Ready to ride?"    ???

well, Candy, I'm glad to hear that the  :cherry:SEEG is finally repaired and you'll be back in the saddle again.  Don't worry 'bout the rain forcast, we're in such a drought that if it rains on you, you'll be a 'hero' as you can claim you had something to do with it.  :huepfenlol2: har!  spyder

Thanks Everyone.  Nancy, the clapping emoticons is about how I feel.  I will be smiling all the way home, even if it is raining.  I just took a little bit of a long lunch break and went out and mowed the lawn, I've got a couple of small things to move around in the garage to make room for the bike so when I get home it will feel the love and not think that I'd forgotten about it. Hopefully Jamey and I will get to get out on the bikes Fri-Sat and Sun.  Not greedy am I.  I never in a million Sundays could have guessed it would take this long, but it looks like the light at the end of the tunnel is finally here.  So  :2vrolijk_20: :2vrolijk_20: :2vrolijk_20: :2vrolijk_20: :2vrolijk_20: and  :huepfenjump3: :bananarock: :huepfenjump3: :bananarock: :huepfenjump3: :bananarock: :huepfenjump3: :bananarock:

That's how we got our HD Danbury Shirts - buy a bike and they gaves us two shirts :) of course we had to ask for them :)

That's great to hear. Wish I were able to catch up w/you guys, but I've got commitments this weekend (work Fri/Sun, Parents Day Sat at kids college), but if you happen to get lost in Charlottesville ;) on Sunday before 5:00 PM give me a call and I'll give you the tour of the FD. ;D
