Stealth Chrome a la 'D00d
« on: September 08, 2007, 04:16:54 PM »

Had some genuine, Fired00d-style "stealth chrome" (Detonator sprocket, chrome hardware and belt guard cover) installed during the 20,000 mile service last week.  Just doin' my part to make the grandaddy of all things chrome proud:

Brian,
Great job Bro she's looking good. :2vrolijk_21: :znotworthy: :2vrolijk_20: I wish you hadn't showed this to me though I like the way the Brembo's, and Progressive's set the whole package off. I'll be interested in the report of the new tires I like the fact that they are smooth sides. It's a pain in the a$$ putting tire dressing on the ribbed sidewalls.

Well, there's always next service.  I'm thinkin' my starter sounds a little weak ;) and ya know, if you're gonna be doing the starter, ya's gots to take that primary off. :idea2: :wink3: :lolk:

Nah Bro, it's just different, not more. We have different ways of approaching the same goal. :2vrolijk_21: If you do get a chrome starter under warranty you'll have to share the secret. I've been trying/wishing/hoping mine would die so I could upgrade for the difference. :2vrolijk_21:
