The California emissions joke is simply an array of hoses and a cannister to capture any fuel vapors. Most of us out here have removed all this crap that the MoCo rips us off for. I don't really think that affects the bikes performance.
We need all the power we can get to outrun the yuppie moms in their SUV's with their cel phones and Starbucks cups glued to their faces racing to fetch their kids from soccer practice!!
