Pretty much any piece of chrome replacement the MoCo offered I've switched to it. It probably be easier for me to tell you what I haven't added. No chrome starter, no chrome switches (hi/lo beam/start, turn signals, etc) are a few that come to mind right away. As for engine mods they are in my signature. I'll get to my other computer and get the spreadsheet of all the mods and attach it later.

Dood, where would we be without you, you are always here chiming in with good advice and comments.  If there was a CVOHARLEY member of the year, it should be you! Thanks for the info on the SEEG.  I cant wait to get one!  Dont know if its going to be the yellow or the black.  I'm waiting on one on ebay and if that falls through theres a black one with low miles in Texas.  My fat boy is still in the garage. I'm placing it on consignment after a memorial ride in memory of my first wife on saturday. It goes in for 5k service on wednesday and hits the floor after that.

I still like mine. Only complaints would be the ride, which many on this site have fixed with a new seat or different shocks or both. I didn't have much trouble with the ride but the wife likes it a lot better with the comfort stitch seat. The motor is great and the only thing done to it has been SERT, Ness breather, and Rineharts.

Bought mine 6 months old with 6700 miles on it and now have over 22,000 miles and love every minute of it.  It is a keeper for sure.

Bought my blue and black new and still have it.  Nothing else has had the same "WOW" factor.  I'll keep it till something rings my bell a little louder.  By the way, I can say that it seems that those who own SEEGs have seemed to hang on theirs longer than even models that have came after that.  And, more SEEG owners registered on this site than any other model.

Just purely coincidental that all the moderators happen to ride SEEGs.

Magoo might be a good person to ask.......he owns a SEEG and a SEUC.  Then again, you could ask Andy (AK).....he owns two SEEGs......then again, so does Ernie.  I guess it's safe to say that more people own two SEEGs than any other model. ;D  That's all saying something....... :nixweiss:

Mike, as I said in my pm to you.....the SEEG is like driving a sports car that is fast and nimble.  The SEUC is more like a luxury sedan.  For solo riding the SEEG is by far better in my opinion.  Both my bikes are set up similarly in terms of engine and exhaust mods.  Yet the SEEG performs better largely because it is lighter  :nixweiss:  I rarely have the tour pak on it and I now have the lower fairings off.....looks much more like a street glide now.

I would personally opt for an 05 vs 04 because of the vented lower fairings and stock chopped tour pak.  Just one man's opinion.  :cherry:

Yea, I'm pretty sure I'll end up with a yellow 05.  I love the color combo, just waiting to here back from the guy, we agreed on the price.  Now just trying to get a hold of him and work out the logistics end.

I have a blk 04 SEEG.  I bought it used 2 years ago with 1,200 miles on it and it now has 6k.  Dislikes - Chrome & Paint.  The chrome doesn't stay on the bike and that just pisses me off. The paint has finger prints in it.  Both have been talked about on this board.  Why the company hasn't told all SEEG owners that if a piece of chrome falls off Willy will personally pay for a new piece to be placed on is beyond me. But that horse is really dead.

I also have a 02 Fatboy that my wife loves and she does not like the SEEG. Took the SEEG to Stugis last month (yellow SEEG wins) and I received more compliments about my bike; with all of the bikes there for people to walk upto me and tell me that they loved the color and loved the bike suprised me.  Wife was in favor of getting rid (07 SE springer) of it but now said that boy people really like this bike maybe you should keep it. lol So I guess we keep it.

The SEEG is a great bike and for the price that you can now get one for :( I would vote get the bike.  Just understand what the issues are.

Keeper

PS - they are a fun ride.
