I am not sure on the 103 + heads, but the cvo heads are a hemi design but lack squish and are not that great of a performance head. I know that stock the 103+ heads are a lot better head performance wise. There are a lot of guys on here that know more about it than I do, hopefully, they can give you a little more info. Hope this helps you a little?

I still have faith that the BRAIN TRUST here will come through with some of their KNOWLEGE BASE. Are these two heads virtually alike? Do they flow the same stock? What up?

I don't have the specifics with me but i can tell you that the 103 CVO heads and the 103+ heads are nothing alike. For one the intake valve on the 103+ heads are huge 2.08" and the exhaust is 1.623" and the combustion chamber is 98cc's vs (I think) 84 on the CVO103 heads.

The 103+ heads also require the use of the 103+ pistons, similar to the HTTC combo.

I looked into the 103+ combo when doing my 103 upgrade, it is better suited to mid to top end.
