What is the difference between SE 103 CVO heads and SE 103+ heads?

I am not sure on the 103 + heads, but the cvo heads are a hemi design but lack squish and are not that great of a performance head. I know that stock the 103+ heads are a lot better head performance wise. There are a lot of guys on here that know more about it than I do, hopefully, they can give you a little more info. I don't have the specifics with me but i can tell you that the 103 CVO heads and the 103+ heads are nothing alike. For one the intake valve on the 103+ heads are huge 2.08" and the exhaust is 1.623" and the combustion chamber is 98cc's vs (I think) 84 on the CVO103 heads.

The 103+ heads also require the use of the 103+ pistons, similar to the HTTC combo.

I looked into the 103+ combo when doing my 103 upgrade, it is better suited to mid to top end.
