Are coaxial speakers in the rear the norm for 2008?

I opened up the rear speakers on my Ultra Classic...are coaxial speakers the normal factory issue for 2008? Have they been issuing coaxial speakers for a while?

What type are in the fairing?

Yes, the coax type speakers are the norm. The same speakers are in the fairing.
