it looks like the super sucker with a HD skull air cleaner insert.  I think the K and N's are oval aren't they?

THe cover is just an insert from the moco, they have several different styles. That particular one is the skull theme.

Not sure, but look on ebay for items by "hdseller1903". Conrad HD in Joliet, IL., modify's horn and air cleaner covers. They do a quality job!
