I am at idle with the kidults coming back home and clearing all my superbowl bets...

1 AR (S&W with trijicon optics),  1 Benelli M4 autoload 12 ga(with trijicon paralax optics), 1 Kimber 8400 in 300 winmag, scoped Gammo grown up .177 spring fired pellet...

1 357 mag S&W 7 1/2 barrel, 1 Kimber CDP in 45 acp, 1 Ruger LCP 380 auto. with crimson trace dot.

500 rd pitbull mag 12ga, 5k fed fmj ball 10 teflon coated mags with quickpull, 500ish 357, 45, 200ish 380 gold dot..

I need the Kimber 8400 Caprivi in .458 Lott in case of water buffalo getting loose from Lion Country Safari!  
Thats my story and I am sticking with it...And the new 84M is wikit tactikool too!  

No AK?  whats wrong with me....??? Need to keep up with the Major!

Fairyland (Maryland) is another that nobody reciprocates with and getting your permit there is absolutely ridiculous.  You have to have been assaulted and robbed AND there has to be a police report about it.  Only then can you apply!  My brother was robbed at gun point at an ATM, but didn't file a police report, so he can't get a permit.  Most folk just carry anyway- all the criminals do and the people that would be reasonable law abiding citizens.  There has been a national right to carry bill started, but I don't remember who started it.  The NRA site will have it if anybody is interested.

They (MD) are really screwed up. My bro-n-law is a cop in DC, lives in Md, and can't carry concealed... that's ridiculous!!!

Voting public needs to oust politicians that will not change it or sue them. In PA local Governments are to issue CP's and the threat of a law suit over a denial changed everything here. No one wanted to defend a decision to "not issue" a CP in the event bodily harm then came about.

On Wednesday, January 28 the Senate Courts of Justice Committee passed Senate Bill 1035 by a 9-6 vote. This bill is similar to last year’s bill that was passed and ultimately vetoed by Governor Tim Kaine (D).
Sponsored by Senator Emmett Hanger, Jr. (R-24), SB1035 would permit a Right-to-Carry permit holder to carry a concealed firearm into a restaurant, provided they notify a designated employee that they posses a concealed handgun and do not consume any alcohol.

Currently, concealed carry permit holders dining in restaurants that serve alcohol  must leave their firearm at home or locked in their vehicle where it is at risk of being stolen.  Despite passing a background check and possessing a state issued permit to carry, law-abiding permit holders are forced to give up their right to self-defense when dining in establishments that serve alcohol. The need for this legislation is clear.

Please contact your State Senator TODAY and respectfully urge them to support SB1035. Contact information can be found by clicking here.

Currently concealed carry is prohibited, but open carry is not...

J3. No person shall carry a concealed handgun onto the premises of any restaurant or club as defined in § 4.1-100 for which a license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption has been granted by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board under Title 4.1 of the Code of Virginia; however, nothing herein shall prohibit any sworn law-enforcement officer from carrying a concealed handgun on the premises of such restaurant or club or any owner or event sponsor or his employees from carrying a concealed handgun while on duty at such restaurant or club if such person has a concealed handgun permit.

See here for "Code of Virginia" pertaining to this. However you can be asked to leave and not be served if management so requests.
