S&S Single Bore A/C

Has anyone or is anyone running the S&S Single bore set-up on an '07 or 08 CVO?

Any pro's or cons I might have missed?

Read Hoist's Novelette on his engine build..he had good results with the product...if you do a search, it might find the threads so you won't have to wade through a lot of unrelated material...

I have it on my 07 SERK. Bike actually runs a few degrees cooler now. Ran in heavy rain with covers on and no problems with performance. Only negative to date is  my blue filters have lost a lot of their color. Not sure if it was the rain or what, but I will be calling S & S about this. Good luck, jj.

I have it on my bike did notice some performance gains but haven't had bike re-tuned to know exact numbers. For what it's worth I've gotton alot of complements on the way it looks. If you go to the gallery section I posted several pics.

I had it for a short time and loved it. The bike ran great with it, and I think it looks just as good. I had to remove it when I went with the 62 mm TB. I was bummed that it didn't work with that TB. I think you'll like it. It flows much better than a conventional A/C. Make sure you get the bike tuned with it. ;)

Update...according to S&S, the back plate is not yet available for the '08 FXDSE2.  Approx two months away.
