Liciense Plate Frame

I am looking for a good looking license plate frame that will fit my 07 SERK-have not had any luck in finding one yet-any idaeals???

Good question - so am I. My wife has one of these with chrome fasteners. It's pretty cool.

Ok, so eating my own dogfood, I went down to the H-D dealer and bought this license plate frame. Part No. 59141-98, and according the MoCo, will fit the FLHRSE4. Bzzzz! Wrong. It does not fit. There is no way to make it fit. Now I have to go back, get a credit against something I don't really want, and try to find another one that does actually fit.

The search goes on...

Justed installed Kuryakyn Curved License Plate Frame.  An easy installation with a few tricks-it looks a lot better than the stock frame-here is a picture of it

Looks good Ellis. Can I make a suggestion? Pry off that rear reflector. It's chrome underneath it and cleans up with no problem. I think it will make that plate look even better! Nice job man! :2vrolijk_21:

I just found out that Drag Specialties has just started carrying this plate. It's not in the Fatbook yet, but the drag part number is 2030-0265.

I just received my Kuryakan Plate  3163 .I ordered it from Discount Cycle parts for $63.66 Delivered ..Looks great. have not installed it yet ,but it sure shines.    I would send a picture but still havenot figured out how.  Billy

Looks good!

Howie is Mr Anti-Reflector, busted my chops on fork reflectors so I took them off.  Does look better and I think in your case he is right again

Billy-when you install your new Kuryakyn License plate frame-after you figure out how to get in there loosen the 2 bolts first and have someone hold the turn signal bar then take out the 2 bolts-another person advised me do it that way-if not the signal bar moves and will scratch your paint

Yes-heated with hair dryer and it came off with most of the glue-cleaned well with a little goof off-looks great]

Actually I had that one from an earlier bike.  If you cut out the HD , it will fit the SERK.  It's pretty easy to do with a dremel tool.
I replaced it this spring with the Kuryakyn one that trailer4E just posted the pict. of here.

I have one with Harley Davidson on top and chrome like the first one pictured above.  I'd let it go cheap if someone is interested.  I may not have the reflective strip, I'd have to look.  But you can use the refective strip already on your bike.  PM me if you are interested.  See attached picture.
