Not a bad idea, except I think both of these gentlemen's bikes (Maude and the SERG aka Ol Blue) are bikes that come on strong at speed to MORE speed and a drag race wouldn't really show us much with these two bikes (although, it would be fun to watch).  If they were to drag race, Chip on that Frontier would be pretty hard to beat on an 1/8 mile or even 1/4 mile track.  That thing is really quick out of the hole and a beast at that.  Maude and Ol Blue going down the highway at 100 and then rolling on to who knows where?  That would be interesting.  Maudie is a proven commodity on those terms (so I've heard), but who knows where S/B will go with that new SERG given time to dial it in.  Right now, that new SERG is truly stock and I'd sure hate to see too much done to her as she is super clean and a beauty in her own right.  One thing is for sure, both of these guys love speed and eat HP for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  What's not to like about these guys!  Either way, it is going to be fun to watch!  Don't know how much popcorn we're gonna have to eat before we see it, but it'll be worth the wait!

BTW, we're all concerned about OTIS!

Wow an honorable mention in this thread thanks dood I was watching anxiously.  I was trying to stay out of it till March anyhow.   I was thinking Daytona might be a good time for a good seat for this show.   The big issue I see is actually getting both of them on a back road to wind these machines up.  I might as well jump in now.   Hubbard are you going to ride the bike you bought from otis and if so then why is maudie getting her annual physical, she must of heard people were gunning big time for her and marked the cement a little.   hehehe.

So Chip as for the Stirring are you going to be bringing the Frontier down here with no tires needing replacement or has Nancy got you riding down on the electra glides, just want to know if the show will happen in March or not.

Couple of things Harry

1)  Talked with Hubbard today, we are booking same hotel as him. (in case your not around and someone needs to work on Maude)

2)  Frontier is on the chopping block. (showroom floor at HD of Char) Why keep it if Hubbard would never come out and play. Besides, it took enough prisoners! And then there was always Pete lurking in the shadows.

3)  Hubbard can't ride Otis the bike. It's not heavy enough!

4)  Right now the plan is to ride down the SERG to Daytona.(Deltona) It's a SERG and as you know, "They are all stock".

5)  If "Tater" gets Maude a Geritol injection and brings her then I will borrow Ken's Vrod. (unless he decides to dust Maude himself)

6)  And finally, tell your buddy Ronnie to get his ass back on the site. If I can piss off as many as I do and survive then he needs to come back. It would be a challenge for him but hell I think he's worth it. Don't you? Don't want him falling in the "MFG" and "KHD" category.


And FYI, Hub said we would only be 3 miles from your house so breakfast is on you!

Say it isnt so, rumor has it after the sale of the Road Glide your bringing a Vrod to daytona?        If this information is true one can only surmise there is fear in them there hills of being spanked.   I promise to tell hubbard not to downshift if that helps.
