Well I finally got a update on "BKNBLK". That's her tag ( Back in Black ).

 The car has changed to D status.

 So hopefully it will be built in the next couple of weeks.

What's your VIN # ? The black one coming here in town is 289883. The lowest I've seen is 289137.

It'll be interesting to see how the VIN's play out with the number on the dash. It seems a majority of the 1st to be built are going to be black even though the majority to be built are to be orange. That's just my observation from what I am hearing on Dodge specific websites.

Took a ride in the hills yesterday and saw my first challenger on the road near Eisenhower tunnel. It amazing how they have engineered it to look so much like the old car but in a modern way.

Just saw a dealership sell a black one on E-bay for a buy it now price of $49,995.00. There were pictures of it on the lot and it had the dealership sticker on the back bumper. So, they must be finally hitting the dealerships. The black one that is supposed to come to our local dealership is still in the quality control stage. It has been in that stage since the 12th.

Landers Dodge has 6 that are scheduled to hit their lot within the next 45 days, only one has been pre-sold and the other 5 are available.
