Well it got down to 27 degrees last night, and we did not think that it was cold enough to cause a small diameter coil hose we have on the deck to freeze - and then break.  Water all over the deck, between the house and the hot tub.  Thank goodness I had a chance for a warning before my feet went out from under me.  Jamey didn't get the warning.  He didn't fall, but the skating rink is just not what you are expecting to hit on your way to the hot tub.  All Before Coffee.

Now Candy you can get your exercise by skating, then relax those muscles in the hot tub.

Couple of years ago a young college guy was using his families cottage and he left the kitchen sink running incase it froze. He and his buddies went to Hatteras Island and we lost power and the temp went below 0. Well his skating rink went from the kitchen sink to out the sliding doors on the porch.

Glad no one was hurt, Mrs. We.  Unexpected skating rinks are usually not fun.  Where is Global Warming when you need it most?

Your post reminded me of hot tubbing with snow all over.  Something that's not an option where we live now.  Ahhh, such fond memories.......

Don't care for the cold anymore.  Was 5 degrees when I went to work this morning.  No 2 wheeling for a while.  Happy neither of you were hurt, Candy.
