As the title of this thread suggest, it can be about anyone or anything I suppose

I'm going to start it off with - - - whatever happened to Blondeharleygirl or whatever her handle was ?

For that matter what's become of V-girl ?

We had some good banter on the site with those two. Oh yeah, so maybe it got a little out there, but boring it wasn't.

B B

V Girl got hitched to DC Fireman and those two have been lost ever since,. :love_3: true love Blondeharleygirl or guy... just MIA. Maybe one of our Atlanta members know more.  :confused5:

The last I heard of BHG, Julia, was that she told her dad about her getting the bike and he flipped out. He was offering her money to sell it. I never heard anything official but she had indicated that she was thinking about taking hm up on his offer.

Oh lord, if that's all it takes she never should have had it to begin with.  A lot of people could save a lot of money by just buying a leather jacket and standing next to some stranger's bike for a picture.  That's all they get out of it anyway.

She wasn't a rider to begin with. I suspect it was a post-divorce reboot thingy.

Y'know what Howie.  I don't mind them at all.  Not really.  They do us a real benefit by keeping the cost per unit down.  It's frightening to think what Harley would try to charge us to keep their profit up if they only sold bikes that people actually rode.

BHG decided to sell the V-Rod and be a back seat.  She's got her business and does some modeling, and is still in Georgia.

I don't mind them either except for every so often when they these folks actually decide to try and ride their bikes instead of just looking at them and talking about them.  Then it's a bit scary.  Those are the folks I see at Sturgis that have brand new everything - they arrive in fancy new trucks, pulling new trailers, with new bikes, new leathers, dew rags that they don't quite know how to tie...  Then they point their bikes towards the road, duck walk to the edge of the road...and with a look of terror - launch themselves into the traffic, all the while hoping everyone else is skilled enough to avoid them.   ;)  I like it better if they just buy their bikes, dress like bikers, talk like bikers, but don't acually try consumate the act by riding the bike... :2vrolijk_21:

...and then they all head south and ride Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road and form the world's longest motorcycle trains with everyone stuck behind them as the try to navigate the curves at 10 mph or less because they can't turn.

Yep - these are the folks that think the yellow center lines when riding the canyons are just suggestions.... :)

Don't know what's happened with V, B B...haven't heard from her in a long while, or Mike either.  Hope they are doing well!!

BHG was predictable...a Vrod, IMO, is not a good bike to learn to ride on, despite it's low center of gravity.  The front end feels heavy because of the rake 'till you get used to it, but that and the power could intimidate a novice rider pretty easily.
