He guys,
Been busy these days but one of the things I’ve been working on is getting a new seat made up for the seeg. God I love that bike. I finally got a seat made to replace the 60-dollar seat with a seat that would more fit a 30k bike. With my wife riding it sometimes now I had to come up with a more comfortable seat and of course that gave me the reason to spend some more money on the bike. I really wasn’t happy with the last seat after the guy cynged the seat heating it to stretch it with the extra foam he put in, so I decided to go up to Alligator Bob and let him work his magic. After all Alligator Bob is only 70 miles north of my house. After a little over a half dozen trips up there and various conversations on the phone the seat is finally done. I saw it today and got some pic’s. It was better than I expected and I have to tell you it looks much better in person, the detail is incredible and the points on top of the gator hide are pretty tall. Bob wants to get some pic’s so he can post it on his website and the seat will be at the Chicago bike show in February. I agreed to let him have the seat till after the bike show so its killing me not being able to see the seat sitting on the bike. I posted the pictures here in the pictures section so all my bagger buddies can see it, but I’ll post a link from the seeg thread to make sure those guys see what can be done with the 60 mile seat that comes on the bike.
