I got the same call a few weeks ago. I told her all about the leaking heads and hand grips troubles. In the end I hope something good comes of this.

Got the same call back in November. Told them I was very busy so they said they would call back. They called back in December and I answered their questions. Gave them all 5"s. But, I told them I've heard about others that have had problems. I also told them I've only had the bike about 4 months and 1000 miles so I don't know if that did any good or not.
I did buy the long warranty after reading all the horror stories about the 110 motor.

No call here.  The only time I get a call, is after service.   The call comes from the dealer.

They got an customer advisory board that sends out a (email)survey every month.
Iv`e told them about problems with bikes here and with my own.
I don`t know if they listen but I do get a belt , billfold or somthing with Harley on it from time to time.

Wonder if it is a Poll on what direction to go.
My labor union does something on the order of this and has an independent company conduct this, then supplies the data to the party requesting the info from it's members or in Harley's case, Customers.
I did say poll Not Pole. I.E You've been Polled!

Curious - Did they ask for any personal information, i.e. your address, ss, credit card info or anything in that manor, Sounds fishy to me.. Can't believe Harley would do a survey based on all the problems. I'm sure if it is legitimate, their getting an earfull from all you happy owners.
