The screws needed would be
¼ x 20 x 5/8 for the seeg
¼ x 20 x 1 ¼ for the sefb
I called these guys this afternoon and they told me they had both sizes and the screws would cost $5 a piece and the tool would cost $50 I was pretty excited but not sure what the screw looked like as he described where the picture was on his website and I told him I would check when I got home from work cause the page he referred to had about 12 different styles in the picture.

When getting home I was correct in that the page had a picture of about 12 different screw styles so I called back to get the correct page up and after getting better information I was able to get a better picture and it was a button head screw (like above) just like I wanted but I was told they didn't have the sizes we would want in stock (bummer), he said they mostly sell the sheet metal screws, 5/16 and 3/8 machine screws but not many ¼ inch. It turns out they put a batch together for an order and the batch is usually about 1,000 + pieces. He said they will put together an order for stock sometimes and if they break the batch apart they will make sure they sell to different parts of the country keeping the security intact. I hope this all makes sense.
I will try out some other companies for other options as I really need to figure out some method of securing the seat on my sefb. A little disappointing but if I find out anything that will work for us I will post it here.
