25 degrees....sure hope you're not riding today.  Brrrrrrrrrr! :D

Good riding weather here in Oklahoma for the past few days - mid 60's.  Supposed to cool off mid-week, but warm back up in time for the weekend :bananarock:

Same here, LR....looks like I might be able to ride the V to work Friday, then we'll get the Ultra out Saturday or Sunday.  Last time I got Diva on the back of the V, we were riding with Henry and Renea, but I kept getting pinched and thumped for some reason... ::) ;)

We get all four seasons here in Va. Just the winter isn't harsh, but July/August can be humid. :sunny: :sweatdrop:

Howie...have you ever been to Birmingham?  You'd probably be surprised...everybody assumes there's nothing here but cotton fields  ;) , but B'ham is actually hilly.  Large enough to have anything you'd want to do, but small enough that the traffic is not insane, like Atlanta.  Lots of nice trees, and we have definite seasons, but the winters rarely get below 20 at night, and snow only happens about once in 5 years...here for a day, then gone.

Anywhere in Alabama from B'ham to the Tenn line is really nice country.  Lot's of service jobs here, very little heavy industry anymore.

You need to visit central Virginia near the Blue Ridge Mountains. :2vrolijk_21:

Never been to B'ham but it's on the list. I'm not much for the heavy traffic rat race anymore. Been there and done that as they say!! I've lived in Ocala and Ft Lauderdale FL, Norfolk VA, Gaeta Italy, Vieques PR, Nahant MA, Brooklyn NY, and of course Syracuse!! I'm not opposed to change

There was this movie about this subject in which all manner of weird weather started happening with the climax being North America froze up tight as a Nun's - - - - well you get my drift. I don't recall the name of the movie but the theory was that a huge hole in the ozone caused by greenhouse gasses allowed the absolute zero of outer space to leak into earth's atmosphere or something. I'm a bit short on the details here, I guess that means I qualify for a job in Bush's National Oceanic/ Atmospheric Administration.

Hey Iski, I'll debate 6 degrees with ya.  I just wish my SEEG ran 6 degrees cooler.  :coolblue: har!  :drink: spyder

Wish your SEEG ran 6 degrees cooler too, Spyder.  No debate there.

6 degrees of separation (without a beer reference):

1. Boris Karloff was in a movie about Frankenstein - he played the monster.

2. Frankenstein movie was fiction but it scared lots of folks, because of the monster.

3. Shirley McClain reminds me of the Bride of Frankenstein.

4. Shirley believes in UFO's & that she lived in the past - many different lives reincarnated.

5. Denis Kucinich is running for prez as a D & is expected to lose.  He is a UFO believer also.

6. Al Gore ran for prez as a D & lost.  He made a movie that scared a lot of people, even though a lot of it is fiction.  Al played the monster in the movie.

Does this mean Al Gore is Boris Karloff, reincarnated?
