Can someone link me to the thread or threads with the most info on the motor issues?  I will be seeing my rep next week and it will be best if I am as educated as possible when bringing this up.  Thanks.

There is a search tool up top.  Searching by any of:  110, liner, "head gasket," leak, runout, "crank runout," "oil pump failure," ACR, "ACR harness," "American Iron," "AIM article" or a few others I'm likely not thinking of right now would all bring up some variation of the myriad problems friends here have had with the 110s.  As was stated above; often multiple failures.  Some leading to accident and/or injury.

Incredibly fortunate for your shop that several copies are out with high mileage and have never experienced a failure when the local cohort is statistically disproportionate the other way.  Even more incredibly fortunate that this site could be read daily for six months and only the fun and interesting threads would be noticed while the plethora of 110 related discussions and misfortunes just slid right under the radar....

I started reading this site on a customer recommendation and have been checking it daily for about 6 months or so.  I work for a dealership (5 + years in) and am hoping that I can provide some unbiased info and opinions on issues or concerns.  I am well versed in warranty, service and performance and more than willing to throw in my 2 cents on just about any topic.  Feel free to fire questions at me any time.

Damn, that was quick.  The guy already killed his membership.  Just wrote to a friend in PM that this guy might as well have written "Welcome to the HD Mushroom Committee; where we believe that keeping you in the dark and feeding you bullchit will make for happy customers."
