« on: February 04, 2008, 06:05:56 PM »

Went and got some new tires on my truck today at a friends garage and when I got there noticed his 05 SEEG wasnt in the garage. :confused5: So long story short, he said you wont be seeing the banana for a while,,,,,,,, I said Huh  :nixweiss: Said he ran into the back of car. $14K damage to the bike, including a new frame. Good news is hes ok, just a little sore. 35 years of riding and never an accident. Go fiqure. Glad he's ok.  :2vrolijk_21:

Goes to show things can happen fast to the most experienced of riders.  Glad your friend is o.k.  All that is left is to repair and improve his bike.  You'll you have to introduce him to Chief's thread now that the standard of repair has been set.

Sorry about your buddy.  So happy he will be around to ride with us another day.

The Nanner ................ sucks, but I'd definately be considering doing some changing to the put back together like Chief did.  I still can't get over that transformation.  Even though it is all cosmetics .............. that is why people pay so much for plastic surgery.
