A Somalian arrives in Ottawa as a new immigrant to Canada. He stops the first person he sees and says, "Thank you Mr. Canadian for letting me in your Country, give me free housing,food stamps,free medical care, and free education!"
The passerby says,"You are mistaken. I am Mexican".
The man goes on and encounters another passerby and thanks him in the same manner. The passerby, after hearing his thanks, says, "You are mistaken. I am Vietnamese."
The new arrival walk further, sees another passerby and again gives his thank you speech. That person puts up his hand and says,". I am not Canadian. I am from the Middle East".
The new immigrant, getting rather frustrated, asks the Middle Eastener where all the Canadians are.
The Middle Eastener checks his watch and says, " Its 9am. They are probably all at work"
Don't you just love this Country.
