WTF not!

TODAY'S UPDATE:
Well, about 9000 miles on Cybil's new motor now. Just got her tuned with a SERT by Bean and Springer of Big Boyz Cycles in Augusta, ME. After that letdown in SC last week and getting towed for no good reason, she hasn't had a hiccup since. Now she's running better than ever. And the great tune I got has me getting 20-25% better gas mileage too. Dayum she sure runs sweet. And that touring setup is the cat's ass!

Prolly changing my neck bearings to be safe and getting them correctly adjusted afterwards. Picked up a slight wobble at about a buck ten. Never did it before. Might have something to do with the TP too I suppose. Need to try to get rid of that or she surely won't get to see a buck thirty again. We wouldn't want that now, would we?

Was thinking of the tranny too this winter. But the poor shifting I felt a few times when I first got her back, appears to ba a thing of the past right now. After the tune, it's seems to be shifting even better. She's very crisp now and tranny clicks real nice. We'll see on that one.

Been running her like a raped ape since she's been broken in. I change oil bet 2500-3000 miles, but never added a drop. Oil temp normally never exceeds 235-240, but usually runs about 220 unless I'm pushing her real hard. OP is great too! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the end result. I'll be returning my Corbin seat for rework to see if they can get that more comfy. It's a real PIA right now!

This thread has prolly run it's course now that I'm pretty much done with her. The new tuning info is in another thread.(
http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=24493.msg395922#msg395922 ) I'll have the charts posted there and in the SERK Dyno thread too. Good luck with all ya'll's SERKs. I hope this thread has helped some of youze out with yours.

Hoist!
