Charger,
Have you looked into the SE Pro (P#64985-07A page 541 08 parts book).
The reason they say no, as was already mentioned is an EPA CYA for the MOCO.
I have them on my 08 SEUC and they sound good at idle, initial take off and you can hear the radio at cursing.
I have the other SE slip-ons (discontinued) on my 06 Road King (95ci w/ SE high compression pistons and heads 255 cam) little too loud for my taste now.
Hope my 2 cents helps.

Thanks for the info guys. Still undecided. Have a few more days to make up my mind. Has anybody tried the V & H Monster Ovals yet ?
