A tour of the York harley Factory...
...FREE

A Black Nylon Jacket from the Gift Shop...
...$130

A Custom CVO Jacket...
...PRICELESS

Thanks to the imaginative inspiration of Mr. We CVO, we have this:

Bill, you dog !!  I didn't know you'd gotten one of those jackets.  I wanted to while we were there but they didn't have anything smaller than a 2X on the rack.  That's too big even for me.  I left my phone number with one of the ladies at the cash register and there was a message when I get home tonight that they had an XL set back now with my name on it.  I'll call them on Monday to pay for it and get it on the way.  Then just need to find a local embroidery shop  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Several dealers have had this jacket with thier logo but no 2x.  So when I saw this one it was well, serendipidy.

Can you PM me the number also...I now need a L and an XL!

If you don't mind a hardly used Screamin Eagle bike then check out Fraizer's HD in Buford, GA. They have a 2003 SE Road King with about 8500 miles on it. It was the bike my husband traded in for the 05 SE E-Glide he has now. The bike is in showroom condition, no scratches at all. I think they have it listed on the internet, probably through the cycle trader. Their web site is www.fraziersharleydavidson.com

You got my jacket?  What a wanker!  That' ok.  When I called they said I'd get one from the next batch and to make up for the delay that cute girl behind the counter would wear it for an hour without a bra on before sending it to me.  Just to kind of break it in  [smiley=beerchug.gif]

That must be the pic that some of the crowd was talking about at the rally one night.  That's kind of an unfortunate pic, but not for the expected reasons.

That was right after an accident I'd stopped for where the sweatshirt I'd had on got used to stabilize a nasty open fracture of a guy's arm and the tshirt got torn to a few pieces to help slow some bleeding on the neck and torso of his passenger where parts of her had got punctured by the tree she bounced off of.

The rider wrecked his BMW literally right in front of me coming across my lane and missing the turn he didn't even begin to negotiate.  He had to be staring straight at the guard rail when he T-boned it.  The guy is going to be ok but the girl was messed up badly.  I'm sure there were some internal injuries and she was bleeding a lot.  The ambulance got there in less than 15 minutes but she was very shocky already.  I don't know if she made it or not but it wouldn't surprise me if did not.  Too bad too as I think the guy in front had been drinking.  He deserved far more than a broken arm while his passenger (and his responsibility) didn't deserve at all the misfortune that befel her.

Hadn't had to roll out any of my now years and years old EMT training for a long time.  But it came in handy that day.

Wow, man [smiley=shocked2.gif], you didn't tell us you did the EMT thing when we were stopped at the gas station.  I could tell you were somewhat shook up by what you saw, so I didn't press for details.  Hopefully, they are both OK thanks to your help. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Thanks Twolane for doing the right thing for the couple who wrecked right in front of you.  I am so sorry to hear. It is really a wrinkle on your otherwise wonderful trip, that I hope you can put behind you. Knowing that you did the best thing and the right thing will most assuredly help.  I am really upset to hear that the driver had been drinking. I find that so unacceptable. I like to have a couple of beverages that bend my mind a little in the evening when my feet are solid on the ground, but never behind the wheel or handlebar.

I was thinking of the two of you needing a matched set!  Go on a Weekend, stay through Sunday Night, then do the tour Monday Morning so the production line is up and running...plus you get to see them taking their union breaks like we did[smiley=confused5.gif].  Leave late Monday Morning to return home.

I think I need another one!  /Bill

OK,  SE06 and hubbie rides up, MFP rides down and Mr and I will meet you there.  Just say when. OK?  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Thanks guys.  When I finally caught up with the crowd the next best thing to do was keep riding.  And everyone was having a great time.  No sense in raining on anyone's parade.  It was a great weekend even with the BMW thing.  Thanks again for all the legwork to bring it off.
