08 FLHRSE4 Suspension

Would anyone know if both the rear and front suspension are lowered on the 08 FLHRSE4. I know the rear is lowered, but I do not see anything saying the front is also lowered.

According to all the information I've read and the way my '08 SERK sits, it's lowered front and rear 1".
