Had the new TB & injectors installed, the power commander removed and re mapped. I'm not sure if it's exactly 100%, but, this SOB runs! Attached a dyno sheet.

Great to see you're finally a happy camper.  A long time getting it to a satisfactory trim.  Installed the new safety harness for JD yet?

Looks great. Now the only thing it won't be able to pass is a gas station. ;)

:indian_chief:

I was just going to ask that very question...have you got a reading on your mileage yet?

Wouldn't be surprised if the mileage weren't bad at all.  That 120 won't be working terribly hard to produce those numbers.  That's almost a walk in the park for that engine.  There's a lot more in it if Ken wanted to go there.  If he did then she'd be a thristy bitch though :drink: .

I rode beside BB and MJZ last weekend. We all filled up at the same time. BB used more fuel than me. He's heavier then me. But, I also twisted the throttle more than him. i haven't checked the mileage yet, but it seems about the same as the 110.

That SOB should/will move!

Kind of make me wonder who has more money tied up in their CVOs.   You or Howie ;D :2vrolijk_21:

BTW, I would guess you are not letting FourRivers do the work (I see they have completed their new store, it looks great on their website).  What store are you using?

I doth protest. I twisted the throttle on Elvis, just as much, just didn't get the same results   :P

And how would you know what I was doing, you were a mile ahead of me for the most part  :D

Nice looking curve Ken! That's a lot more like you were expecting. Good luck with it! :2vrolijk_21:

Similar shape curve as Cybil. Should be some good DR's in Sept!!! :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3:

I guess now your dealer knows you DO need a new TB with that motor. Scary that you had to tell him EVERYTHING to do to your bike. :nixweiss: :nixweiss: :nixweiss:

Well, I've got 2500 miles on this new engine. I had the dealer put the larger TB on and re-map with the SERT. It's running so damn good, I don't think I need the PC on it. The only thing that isn't perfect is idling and slow speeds. It just doesn't idle smoothly. Being that I'm in the country and run mostly highway miles, that's not a concern. From 3250-5,000 RPM's it pulls hard. If it hold together w/o problems I think I've made the right decision to go with the Jims. The 120 is plenty big for me, I wouldn't want the 131. Well....maybe I would.

P.S. I'm confidant it would out run Howie, if I could ride as well as him.

Since JD is already mad at me, would this be the time to go ahead and spend a little more on it? Has anyone got any decent photos of UC's with mini ape hangers? I think it would be......Cool.
