Oh, man!  I wish, Spyder!  It would definitely be in my homepage if it was!  That photo was taken at the Chicago Auto Show back in February of this year.  Here's another just for fun.

505hp, hand-assembled, aluminum, 427 cubic inch, pushrod V-8!  Woo-hoo!  Hold on tight, boys! [smiley=bigok.gif]

$75,000 or so will take you all the way, Spyd!

Well, that's about what some of the members of this site have in their bikes if you figure it 'per wheel', huh?    [smiley=cool2.gif]   spyder

And I bet there are more trailers registered in California than in IL or NC!

JMHO,, but I have been wrong before!

Yep, I'm thinkin you're probably right on that one.  With ten times more people than Ill and NC combined, they might have a few more trailers out here........we just use them for their intended purpose rather than hauling our motorcycles. [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

I was in town for a few days that visit.  Don't remember which day I was at the auto show.  Then about a month later was up at the McCormick again for the Vette Fest.

No guys, Brian had a room.  Remember, it's the one he wouldn't let Lugnut use the spare bed in the night Lug really did sleep in the parking lot  [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

Well, DOUBLE FRACK! [smiley=shocked2.gif]  I was at the Vettefest! [smiley=laugh.gif]  I go up there all the time to the spring and the fall one.  We will have to hook up if you are a regular to that show.  Weird!

I knew it too.  I sensed it.  I felt it.  I smelled it.  Another CVO owner nearby...  Sp [smiley=shocked2.gif] [smiley=shocked2.gif]ky.

I usually don't make both of the Vette Fests each year but do try to hit one or the other.  We'll definitely have to hook up next time I'm up there.

BTW, are you going to the IL state rally.  I know it's not too far away now.  If I remember right it's not way down state this year either (better for you but farther for me).  If it's anywhere out toward Rock Island I've got a friend there who'd love to ride pillion for the weekend if schedules allowed.

Yes I am, buddy! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]  Be there Thursday night, June 2 staying 'til Sunday morning.  Reservations at Comfort Inn next to Starved Rock H-D (Ottawa, IL).

Only about a 100 mi. ride east from Rock Island down I-80.

Even plan to go if it rains. [smiley=laugh.gif]

Oh [bgcolor=LimeGreen]CHIT[/bgcolor].  I didn't realize it was THAT close.

Kansas is the last weekend of June and I want to go there too.  The guy that striped the tour pak spoiler in Louisiana will be there.  The new (replacement) chopped tour pak and spoiler are all here now so want to get him to add the stripes to that one on that trip (and maybe a little other work too on the top of the tank and top of the saddlebags).

But I'm really tempted to hit Illinois just to hook up again.  Is DJ or anyone else from those environs gonig to be there.  I'll call around tomorrow and see how sucky reservations might be.  It's an easy enough day's ride to get there so I can't use that an excuse not to go  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
