Please Don't Laugh

Well, back from Las Vegas at the weekend with my new windswept passenger boards and brackets for my good lady.
I tried to fit them to my 07 SERK on the Sunday to find they don't come with pivot pins, nor ball & spring.  Checked the contents to find they weren't included so decided to contact the dealership.

I know I'm a Yorkshireman careful with his money but £46 ($90) for 4 pins, 2 ball and springs is highway robbery.  I want to know if Willie G has an alias and I'm thinking "Dick Turpin"

do you have the Parts Number for the items you need? Or maybe some one here has an extra set or upgraded and they will let them go to you?

Mine came with the springs and the nylon balls.  On my '08 SERK there were no original boards on the rear, just the matching Iron Side foot pegs.

Let's see, I got the inserts, adjustable mounts and the wing housings and all that I needed was there.  Were any of the boxes open before you opened them?

Hope you don't have to buy them again...

Nah it's done now but thanks anyway.  Has anyone else had this problem?
