How can a 2-Tank Day end BAD!

A two-tanker day started off just a wee bit cool but we all showed up and all had big smiles on our faces.

From there we went to Little Rock to one of the local favorite bike builder and bike shop Rodney’s Cycle House for his annual Motorcycle Extravaganza.

I received a call from WoW MoM   aka “The Pizza Killer”   that she had to take one of her employee’s to the emergency room so could I please hurry and help out with the Store duties.  No problem with that as she let me enjoy a day with no “Honey Duo’s”
So off we went back to Russellville, Ar. via I-40 where the accident took place.

Well folks I have to say that Saturday was a SAD day for me as I lost one of my closest riding buddies.  Most of you on this site have met him as he was in Maggie Valley 06, 07 and Hot Springs, Ar.  I lost my little buddy,  BUBBA  JR.  He just could not hold on at the hwy speed we were going.  I knew that he was getting old and his skin was starting to fade out but I never knew that he would  have a problem holding on.  I lost him on I-40 between the 105 and 95 mile marker going west bound… I know that he is safe now and in HOG HEAVEN.

In Memory of Bubba Jr.
Durring Rainy weather it was hard to get him to stand look out.
This was his preferred riding spot on rainy days.  He was kind of a wus!
