We started doing sunday cookouts (once a month) for the vets recuperating at the WRAH. Its just hot dogs, burgers, fixin's and soda/water but you should see how much they enjoy just a little thing like this. We'll keep doing these till October and if I dont get too forgetful, will post a few pictures each month. Here is April's cookout.

I would like to volunteer some of my time during the summer if you need any help. I'm a VET and I would love to help out my fellow service member. It's just the simples things in life that makes our young men and women happy after they come back from a deployment.

There are several organizations that have chapters in NJ. Lookup groups like the yellow ribbon fund. Have you done the Mem Day ride in DC?

Hey, there is a "Hero Ride" this May 17th that supports the Walter Reed. A upcoming Riders Club (started 2000) is having it's second annual ride in Hagerstown, MD. This is for anyone interested. :2vrolijk_21:

Right now I'm flying Solo, I don't belong to any groups. I'm planing on going to DC this year.

Next one is May 17th. I appreciate the offers of help. Bikers are some of the most patriotic people I know. WRAH has very tight security and right now we are good to go with volunteers we need. My main reason for posting the pictures is because they are so many vets that ride and for the rest of us (support the wars or not)  to remember  the sacrifice these kids are making in service of their country.
