T-ball and end of the season party - 98 here!   

11 6 year olds and cake later today.  AQI is less daunting.

Hmmm, maybe I don't have it so bad after all. You should raise the Black Flag and not have any outside activities. Would be a good day to take the kids to Chuckie Cheese or someplace similar where they can run around inside and you can stay cool.

Here's the latest...went out and rode this morning...and even with the breeze on my face, it was hot.

Hot and Humid here, with enough wind that I don't have to use the bagger when I mow cuz it blows into the neighbors yard.    So, it was into the house after a few hours mowing a Makers and Coke and checking out what I missed.

You're better then me. Went to the gym at 0700 this morning and rode stationary bike (inside w/AC and ceiling fans on) and was sweating as if I was outside. It was already hazy (looked like fog) at that time this morning. When I left there only thing I wanted to do was come back home get a shower and drink plenty of water. I just hope next Saturday it's not going to be as hot as it is now otherwise we are going to be awful uncomfortable at Big Daddy's Bike Show.

You got that right Gary...they're talking 90's all week, so it's looking to be hotter then normal for the Big Damn Bike Show!!!  That ought to be fun.

If it's still like today it's going to be an early ride down there (when they open) and not hanging out all day. I really like seeing the Fairfax Motor Patrol perform, but doubt I can hang around to see them if the weather is like this.

I'm with you on that Gary.  I'll go out there early in the AM also and probably leave before noon.  I don't do hot and humid well at all.

It is NEVER a good day for Chuckie Cheese...but they reportedly have beer at this one! 

We had to do that last year since we were in the midst of the PCS move to here, my boy gets screwed on the move years.  My daughter gets screwed since I always seem to be in Iraq for her birthday.  I have missed 3 since she turned 5.

We have a bouncy house set up in the shade, water balloons and the playground is shaded...six year olds don't care that much!

Next year since we will be PCS'ing again, he gets the canned B-Day.

Well I started my day mowing about the time I got finished riding buddy calls he's stranded on I 75 near Atlanta. Hook trailer up go after him get there bike will turn over but not start. Start checking different things its firing no blown fuses. Fuel pump went south loaded it up. Was not what I was planning for my Saturday but thats what friends do. Hey there are Idiots around Atlanta plus the heat 96 here.
