Bag-R-Rest stands

I need a favor from anybody that has one of these stands. I'm thinking of making one & could use some detailed pictures. I'd order it from the company, but after trading e-mails w/ them it looks like the shipping/handling/broker fees will add up to more than the things worth.

I am planning on making some myself...  The bag retainers are a hair under 5/16th, figure a carriage bolt, washer with locking nut to hold the bags up and a carriage bolt reversed to push out the bottom of the bag.

I have some decent 8/4 red oak that has enough flaws to make it useless for furniture, but good for this...will look decent when I am done and have more mass then the bag-r-rests.  Figuring out a break down somehow, so I can lean it against the wall when there are no bags on it.

Sorry for the late reply - internet's been down most of the day. Thanks for the offer Don, but w/ Henry's pictures I think I can make one easily enough. Wasn't too thrilled w/ the $75 price from the dealer in the first place.
