Hi, just purchased pro super race tuner part no. 32109-08 date on box 12/17/07
Loaded a program to bike as per instructions. now bike won't start, then tried to load another program to bike, got to load stage pushed load and nothing happened, went back into system information which states race tuner error, I've called a motorcycle technician who tried to load a program with his computer but he had same problem, I now have to take bike to harley davidson shop to see if they can load the standard settings back . I've sent an email to the supplier where I purchased from, I am waiting on his reply

Have you updated the software or just used the disk without updates?  In this thread it explains how to update the software. http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=23027.0  At the very least I would do that before trying it again.  I am not positive but I believe HD had some issues with the super tuner and pre-05 bikes.

Hi Springer, yes i did look at your thread & did follow your (may 7th how to -) i may have stuffed up on install i think,when i got to stage to load programme to ECM i pushed the load button saw green bar go too 100% waited for approx 1 minute nothing displayed on laptop i thought programme loaded turned ignition off disconnected cable waited one minute then tried to start bike "wont go". I then tried a number times loading programmes, get to the load stage push button nothing happens.   On right side box i  noticed I have No Vin displayed (no numbers) ? ECM p/n 32772-01 displayed , software level 0 ? by the look of things i may have not registered properly, I had a friend come over had a go no luck, went in to Diagnostic Trouble Codes it displayed (no trouble codes)displayed but did see SERT-ERROR? I have booked bike in too Harley dealer for this Friday 26th June they said i am number (Three) stuff up on install the 1st-they had to replace ECM the 2nd they were able to retrieve & install & number 3-still waiting with fingers crossed. I am using windows XP. I let you all know soon. Thanks Mo

Hi guys my bike is back on the road, thanks to Morgan & Wacker they were able to program ECM with super tuner the program is cal  105HX021, I have parched the SERT Training dics will study it before i try loading any maps! once motor warmed up does not idle.
