Well, she knew enough that my HBP wasn't being treated properly, got it under control...............which means I'm back in full swing on coffee and Diet Coke..........I guess she's worried about my cholesterol, but I ain't giving up a good steak at least once every two weeks.  Can't be that bad at that rate.

Other than that..............not much.   ;D

Got some of that now.................GOOD 18 year old stuff too.  Best sleepin' pill I know of.

Ken and I walked through all them stores in Lynchburg.......you know they can't sell JD there 'cause Moore County, TN is a dry county, but they do sell an awful lot of JD products with JD in 'em like griddle cake syrup, BBQ sauce, pork rub, ice cream topping.......heck they even shred unserviceable aging casks into smoking chips.........which only goes to support my theory that JD is nothing more than common cookin' whiskey.  Now that may be pure blasphemy coming from an ol' southern, country, hillbilly, redneck boy, but I gotta tell ya.........that JD is some nasty chit.  It burns.  It tastes like a musty old smokehouse smells.  Just plain NASTY!  YUCK!  I'd rather drink diesel..............except it is more expensive.   ;D

VPN is so painfully slow tonight.  Here's one of Ken, Tales and Ol' Jester Jims.  Damn that scooter's fast.  Fastest scooter I've ever run with.   :2vrolijk_21:

And while we're at it..Let's tell the truth here. THUMPER is fast..We did get them rolling side by side down a long straight stretch of Alabama/Tennessee highways a couple of times. I hit 6th gear once too early...about 100 MPH I think...and Thumper pulled on past. The other time The Jester pulled out. ....Thumper is fast. You did promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

I was getting there........just trying to figure out how to 'splain that whole sixth gear thing.   :)  Got get it right in my head before I write it down.  Bottom line, if Ken stays in fifth gear, he'll walk away from me, and we're over 100mph at that point.  But if he shifts to sixth, I'll catch him.........and pass him.  That's the part I can't figure out.

Henry and Ken

Great pictures!
Glad you guys had a good time!
Love to hear about when two good motors get together and roll on.
They are no losers, there are just proud owners!
Two fine bikes, both of you should be proud.

Great pictures guys!  Thanks for sharing.  It looks like good food and a great time together riding was had by all.  From the photos, it looks like somebody has some really good taste in beer!  The steaks looked mighty tasty too there Henry!  As far as the cholesterol goes, it is indeed wise to choose how those evils are consumed!  Saving those calories for a steak like that every now and then seems like a pretty good choice to me!  Thanks again for sharing.

Folks, I don't have many talents, but the few talents I do possess, I do very well.............and yes..........it ain't braggin' if you can back it up...........and I can back it up.  If you haven't had one of my steaks, then you you ain't had a good steak.  Can I get an "AMEN?"  Brother Ken?  Brother Scooter?  Brother Hobo?

Amen and Giddyup!

Henry and Renae!!

You guys are awesome and we had a FANTASTIC time! I'm guessing the ONLY one here, that got confused on the posts in this thread about JD, was me?? hahaha

BTW Henry, it's Tails not tales. Don't ask me! I named him Taylor James (big James Taylor fan) and his big sis decided that he would be forever forward known as Tails! AND it has been ever since~ I'm so glad he finally got the chance to see first hand how great the people on this site are that we consider family! Let Renae know that he had a GREAT time with Steph and her friends too!

Binxie!! Totally missed ya too! And just to remind Ken on a regular basis, those wise words are written on a 3 x 5 card and posted on the fridge! ;) The place for all profound words in this house! (ppssttt...right next to the one about him admitting being w-r-o-n-g  :P )

Big hugs to Steph, and amazing and inspirational sweetie! (and best of luck tomorrow!)

Tell Box Spring and sweet Miss Auntie B they're biggest fan in KY sends lots of love!!

Thumper knows the way to the Clinton Inn now! (I'll forgive "Jill" the "zumo bitch" if she brings ya back here soon!!)  :huepfenlol2:

Thanks for a great weekend of fun, food and family!! Ya'll are the best! *HUGS*
